Privacy Policy

DSV Agency ("DSV", "we", "us") operates this website and the tokenization wizard. For any privacy request, contact shoval@dsv-global.com.

Wizard answers. The selections you make in the wizard (asset type, location, value range, goal, investor type, timeline and similar) are saved as you go so you can resume. A random draft reference is stored in your browser's local storage.

Contact details. If you choose to unlock your brief, we collect your name, company, email address, optional phone number, and your consent record.

Technical data. We store a one-way hashed form of your IP address to apply rate limits and prevent abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with your submission.

Usage events. Minimal product events (for example: wizard started, brief generated, contact submitted) so we can understand whether the product works.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, sensitive personal data, government identifiers, account numbers, or confidential deal documents through this website.

To generate and deliver your brief, to contact you about your enquiry, to operate and improve the service, to prevent abuse, and to comply with legal obligations. We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Submissions are not publicly readable. They are accessible only to authorised DSV team members through an invite-only, authenticated internal inbox, and to service providers who process data on our behalf: our cloud database and application hosting provider, and our email delivery provider. Those providers act on our instructions and may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

When you unlock a brief, we send you a copy by email and notify our team. Your brief PDF is available through a private link that includes a secret token - treat that link as confidential and do not share it. Links may expire or be revoked.

Unfinished drafts are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Submitted leads and their briefs are kept for up to 24 months from last contact, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting reasons or you ask us to delete them earlier.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. California residents may request disclosure or deletion and will not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Email shoval@dsv-global.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

We use local storage to remember your wizard draft, and strictly necessary technology to operate the site and its authenticated team area. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear local storage in your browser at any time; doing so discards your draft reference.

We use access controls, row-level database security, encrypted transport, and encrypted storage of sensitive values. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. This service is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 18.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
