DSV Agency provides educational information and structuring-oriented guidance about real world asset tokenization, plus a wizard that generates an indicative brief from the answers you enter. The service is informational. It is not a securities offering platform, a law firm, an investment adviser, or a broker-dealer.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including the wizard, at any time and without notice, and we may delete beta data.

Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and nothing here is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation regarding any security or investment. Using the service creates no advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, agency, or attorney-client relationship. You are responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice before acting.

You confirm that you are at least 18 and act on your own behalf or with authority to act for the organisation you name. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You agree not to: misuse or overload the service, bypass rate limits or access controls, scrape or reverse engineer the service, submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, submit third parties' personal data without a lawful basis, or present generated output to any third party as verified professional advice, a quotation, an offering document, or a regulatory filing.

The website, its design system, copy, and the wizard logic are owned by DSV Agency. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use your own generated brief for your internal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it, or remove its disclaimers. You retain ownership of the information you submit and grant us a licence to process it to operate the service and respond to you.

Brief download links contain a secret token. Anyone holding the link can view that brief. Keep it confidential; we are not responsible for disclosure resulting from you sharing it.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSV Agency and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, regulatory, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses arising from reliance on generated output. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us for the service in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold DSV Agency harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your use or distribution of generated output.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
